Returns and Exchanges
At labeltrendel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our natural soy wax candles. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all labels attached
- Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please provide your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different scent or size, please contact us. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Candles that have been burned or used
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original condition or packaging
